1. Agreement to Terms

2. Limitation of Liability
- As Is: No guarantee of 100% accuracy or continuous availability.
- No Damages: Not liable for financial losses or damages resulting from reliance on the Service.
- Non-Critical: Not for medical, safety, or financial systems where time precision is mission-critical.
3. Privacy
Zero Data Collection: We do not store or process personal data. IP addresses are not logged.
Analytics: Uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, anonymous, aggregated data).
4. Intellectual Property
The "Lum" brand, domain, and UI design are the Operator's property. Imitation of the visual style is prohibited.
5. Recommendations
Use a stable connection and modern browser. Consider OS latency during external device synchronization.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Terms are subject to change at any time.
